DePuy's fully computerized auction provides free consultation services, outlining alternative marketing plans for your personal or real estate property.  Appraisals for individual items or complete households (insurance & personal use) available.

Will buy or consign antiques, estates and households (single items also).

DePuy's provides the client with the choice of an on-site auction or one at DePuy's.  They do provide tents if necessary.  Ask about their rates.

AUCTION TERMS

Cash, Check with ID, Master card,  American Express, Visa, Standard 10% Buyer's Premium 

Everything is sold "as is, where is."  Buyers are responsible for purchases when auctioneer says "SOLD."  The last bid at an auction is an oral contract and is legally binding.  All sales are final.

All purchases must be paid for before the buyer leaves the premises.  Auctioneers are acting as agents only.  Announcements by auctioneers take precedence over printed material. 

Upon registration to bid the buyer agrees to the terms and conditions of the sale.

POWERHOUSE VISITOR CENTER AUCTIONS: Take exit 48 off I-40 turn left onto Beale St.  (East) Turn right (by museum) onto rte. 66 Andy Devine, PVC will be on your right.  Look for signs.
