Buyer is responsible for purchases when auctioneer says "sold". All sales
are final unless misrepresented by the auctioneer. All purchases must be
paid for before buyer leaves the premises unless prior arrangements are made
with the auctioneer. Announcements made by the auctioneer take precedence
over printed matter. Upon registration to bid, buyer agrees to these
terms and conditions.

take Exit 51 and turn south on to Stockton Hill Rd. At the first street
light, turn left on to Detroit Ave. Go to the end of Detroit and turn
right on to Fairgrounds Blvd. Arrows after Stockton Hill Rd.
